Outsmart Workforce Inc. is a Philippines-based workforce solutions company established to deliver agile and scalable HR services. I was solely responsible for creating the brand from the ground up—developing its visual identity, tone of voice, and overall communication strategy.
The project began with a detailed analysis of the brand’s vision and target audience. Based on this foundation, I aimed to craft a modern, trustworthy, and professional image. I designed a comprehensive visual system including the logo, color palette, typography, and other essential branding components. In addition, I prepared a set of digital materials such as social media templates, corporate presentations, and promotional visuals.
The project began with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s vision and its target audience. Based on this foundation, I designed a brand language that reflects professionalism, clarity, and trust. This included the creation of the logo, brand color palette, typography system, and the complete visual identity toolkit.
































In addition, I wrote the brand guideline document, crafted the written communication style, and designed all social media and marketing assets. My goal was to ensure a consistent and memorable brand presence across all platforms.
I also created the brand’s first social media campaigns—designing and writing each content piece to clearly communicate Outsmart Workforce’s services and long-term vision with a minimal, impactful approach.
This project allowed me to apply both strategic thinking and design execution to build a professional, scalable brand from scratch—ensuring consistency, clarity, and engagement across all channels.
